Trio con Brio was founded by Jan Holmgren in 2001 and consists of Carina Cederwall — flute and vocal, Jan Holmgren — oboe/English horn and vocal, and Stig Andersson — piano/arrangements and vocal. The musicians were educated at the Royal Academy of Music in Stockholm. Their repertoire extends from classical music to well known hymns and includes jazz, musical theatre, and film music. On this tour the trio will play mostly music by Scandinavian composers, some folk music, and well known hymns like “How Great Thou Art,” “Day by Day,” and “Beautiful Saviour.”

There is no cost for attending the concert, but a free will offering will be taken for the ensemble. The public is welcome!
